I will never share information about your home, your belongings, or your personal situation with anyone without your consent. You can trust that I am here to support you in a professional and respectful manner, with complete discretion.
For my own safety, and in line with good Lone Working practice, someone will always be aware of my location and the timing of our session. No other details about you or your home will be shared.
Your data
Any personal information you provide will be used solely for the purpose of delivering my services and managing our sessions. I will not share your data with any third parties without your consent, and I take all necessary steps to ensure that your information is securely stored and protected. If you ever have any concerns about how your data is being handled, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
I prefer payment by bank transfer, but I can accept a cheque if necessary. Your session price will be agreed in advance, and invoiced directly after the session, via email where possible. It will be due for payment 7 days after invoice.
I understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice. This allows me to offer the time slot to other clients and adjust my schedule accordingly. If less than 48 hours' notice is given, a cancellation fee of 50% of the session price will apply. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please get in touch as soon as possible to avoid this fee.

I am insured by Westminster who provide me with Professional Indemnity, Public Liability, and Cyber & Data Protection insurance. Please let me know if you need to see details. Breakages are to be covered by the client's own home insurance.
All decisions to dispose of items remain with, and are the responsibility of, the client at all times. You may wish to seek financial or legal or other profesional advice before deciding to dispose of an item or items.
Cleaning - I do not offer a cleaning service, but I'm happy to help you to find a suitable service
Lifting and carrying - if heavy lifting or moving large pieces of furniture is required, arrangements will need to be made for assistance
Removal of items - I will take one car load of items to a charity shop of my choosing, should you so wish, and this is included within your session rate. As per the disclaimer, you agree to take full responsibility for the decision to dispose of an item. Uplifted bears no responsibility for items you choose to dispose of
To showcase the transformation of spaces, I occasionally take before-and-after photographs of the areas I work on. These images may be shared on my website, social media, or marketing materials to highlight the services I provide.
However, I fully respect your privacy and will always seek your permission before sharing any photographs of your home or belongings. If you prefer not to have images shared, I will of course respect that request, and no photos will be posted without your explicit consent. I will always ensure that no personally-identifiable information is present in any pictures.
If you’d like to share any before-and-after photos or posts on social media yourself, I’d love to see them! Please feel free to tag me, and I’d be happy to reshare, but this is entirely up to you.
